As you all know, this week I have been celebrating my 6 months of natural grey hair growth on my silver hair journey.
For those of you that don’t know I experienced really bad hair loss back in 2014 and had to wear wigs for 2 years till my hair grew back. This was due to a couple of different factors, one of which being the contraception I was taking at the time and also dietary factors as well as stress induced condition adrenal fatigue.
Since then it has been a real journey of healing my body, mind and spirit. Part of that journey was also learning what my hair likes and doesn’t. I still don’t always get it right. I am happy to explore new products but always approach it with caution and lots of research.
